Homes 2,000 sq. ft. to 3,499 sq. ft. will be $159/visit. Up to 28 standard windows are included at this rate.
Homes above 3,500 sq. ft. will require a custom estimate. Up to 40 standard windows are included at this rate.
Semiannual Bright
Starting at $139.00 per visit, usually twice per year.

Pricing & Service Details
Published pricing is based on home size and includes up to the number of standard windows listed within each pricing tier. Your personalized quote may vary based on window count, window style, number of stories, accessibility, screen configuration, glass condition, and specialty cleaning needs. Website prices are starting estimates and are not a final service quote. No additional work will be completed without your approval.
A standard window refers to a traditionally sized residential window with one accessible exterior glass unit. Oversized picture windows, divided-light windows, specialty architectural glass, and difficult-to-access windows may be priced separately.
What Every Plan Includes

Screen Accessibility
Light screen wipe down is included when screens are accessible or removable from the exterior. Screens that must be removed from inside the home should be removed before our arrival, or interior access may be arranged when available.
Screen clean and wash is available on request.

For The Clear Pane pricing, a standard window is a traditionally sized residential window measuring approximately:

Each standard window is generally counted as one complete window opening, including the exterior glass and accessible exterior frame and sill. Oversized picture windows, specialty shapes, French panes, divided-light windows, storm-window systems, and unusually difficult access may require separate pricing. Exact measurements are not required when requesting a quote. Photos of the home (for example, street view) and an estimated window count will help us confirm the correct pricing tier.
Specialty Cleaning
The following services may require an additional charge or personalized estimate:
Hard-water and mineral deposit removal
Paint, adhesive, silicone, or construction-debris removal
French panes and divided-light windows
Oversized or specialty-shaped glass
Storm windows and double-window systems
Difficult third-story or restricted-access windows
Deep screen washing or damaged-screen handling
Heavy buildup requiring restorative cleaning
Weather & Scheduling
For safety and service quality, appointments may be adjusted during severe weather, high winds, lightning, or other unsafe conditions. Light rain does not always require cancellation, and we will communicate promptly if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.
